Why the need to be over 18 to buy blue toilet chemical?

I really dont think you need to be 18 do you?

If its just blue it could be that the blue contains formaldahyde so could be classed as a poison and the green is enviro friendly and doesnt?

Formaldahyd! That's probably it. Bought some on offer and it has a 18 sticker on it and underneath it says age related product. Thanks for the info.
