Very well written blog... Thoroughly enjoyed every minute!
Probably one of the best blogs I've read recently and I've been reading loads! (Most of them to do with travelling through Iran/Pakistan so I can get hints and tips etc for my 2014 road trip)
Thank you for sharing!

Just read the last of my occasional 30 minute chuckle fests, thoroughly enjoyable read although I did think it was a bit cruel to leave Moo in the middle of Italy. Looking forward to your next trip already, makes our 3 or 4 day trips out in our van seem very tame. About all we can mentally take with two kids in tow though...

Thanks Nick.We would have loved to have taken Moo further down into Italy, but it just got too hot and sadly air con wasn't in the budget. Judging by the size of him on our return he has enjoyed his stay with Mum!
