Hello all,

Just a quickie to say hello to the camping collective. I've just bought my first motorhome, a 1982 hymer 550 on a merc chassis.

She's looking a bit sorry for herself right now and needs lots of new bits and a general tidy up.

i've knocked up a blog documenting the tidying up of this lovely van that may be of interest to some of you guys. It's very much a work in progress but hopefully should be ready for next season.

Thanks. Have run some engine cleaner through and wired up a fog lamp, the unit has a short so I've got to get a new one. Hopefully a retest at the end of the week.
