Is this a dash cam? (HGV)

Due to an ongoing insurance claim I will keep this as vague as possible so no company names etc.

Unfortunately while stationary at some traffic lights a HGV decided to change lanes and drove into me (at a very low speed)

The haulage firm are now claiming I was at fault which is annoying as the driver at the time admitted fault and was very civil.

Does anyone know what this is in the middle of the windscreen? I can see a satnav on the drivers side and am hoping this is a dash cam, as the footage would prove he was at fault.

It's a 2023 tgx 26.580, thanks for the replies all it's now with the insurance company putting a case together.
