Van Breakdown cover

Hi all
I have a company van, Citroen Belingo that I also use for personal milage.
I need to have my own breakdown cover but also want to be recovered in case of an accident.
If it splutters to a halt at the side of the road, no drama but if it's spread across the carriageway I want it gone with no recovery and storage bills to worry about.
Any recommendations?
Cannot seem to find someone to cover both.
