Ford Transit Indicator Lens

One of our vans is a 73 plate mark 9 Ford Transit and it seems to go through driver side indicator lens like hot dinners (the joys of Ford putting a cheap indicator lens on a giant mirror).

Is the Mark 8 indicator lens the same as the mark 9?
The reason I ask, the mark 8 lenses look the same and are far cheaper on eBay from China than we can get them for.

Nothing worse than seeing another ford come the other way on a narrow road with its ears sticking out as well...
