2023 Transit sliding door problem

I recently took delivery of a new 2023 Transit Van for my pool business.
It's a LWB extra high roof. The rear sliding door has been an ongoing problem and I'm wondering if it's common?
Day 1 (literally hours after collecting it!) the exterior handle came off in my hand (quickly fixed under warranty)
A week later, parked on a very slight hill, I didn't close the door hard enough and it slid open, crashing into the bump stops. After that the door wouldn't close, except by slamming very hard while pushing it in. After a couple of weeks the dealer finally agreed to adjust it and it was ok for a few days, but is now very hard to close again.
Anyone else had this problem? I'm staggered that there isn't any form of damping on the door when sliding open, it is obviously very heavy!

Cheers Lee, this is labelled a 350L with extra high roof option (I don't know if that's an Australian spec, not familiar with "L2H2" spec)
Dealer is currently seeking approval (?!) from Ford Australia to get it fixed under warranty, meanwhile I have a 6 week old $65,000 vehicle, which I waited over a year for, which is a PITA to use!!
I actually wish I'd known about the auto sliding door option... unfortunately it was very hard to find a dealer with any staff to even take an order last year, let alone offer options!
From order to delivery, neither the dealer OR Ford Australia could even give me a brochure or spec list, not even on the FA website... the joys of living in a 3rd world country!

Tim, in the UK and Euroland we refer to vans in this way....
Length options are listed as L1, L2 etc depending on how many options are offered.
Hieght is refered to in the same way, so H1, H2 etc.
These are shown on the V5c, registration document, but they are not always accurate, I bought a Boxer van that is clearly an L2H1, but on all the parts checker sites my reg. number shows it as an L1H1, fantastic when I book a ferry crossing but a royal pain when buying length related parts!

Here in the UK there isn't a single van I could recommend. I wish we had the Toyota HIACE you can buy! Or the HONDA ridgeline you can get in the US!
I did consider the HiAce, LWB/Hi roof, but I really wanted a van I can stand up in, my previous van is a Hyundai iLoad, I'm too old to be getting on my knees in the back to get boxes of parts out! It was PARKED on a very slight incline (customer's driveway) and it didn't latch and immediately slid open (PARKED) slamming into bump stops... a door of that size needs some form of damping if that causes a problem!
