Best and worst manufacturers service!

Our local Peugeot dealer (Arnold Clarke) is beyond useless, I had to put back taking delivery because they had somehow taken it back into stock and was unavailable to be registered (caused my insurance to be cancelled), the spare key-fob was missing (took a month to replace) as was the service book (took two weeks to arrive) and the registration V5 had MRS instead of MR on it, Beavis and Butthead man the service desk I could only describe them as cabbages.
And they could not give a flying fk either...I asked for a good will gesture because of all the hassle and was told not a chance.
No more business from me.

Had bad experiences with Toyota, including being patronised like hell when telling them the rear-centre seatbelt had been fitted the wrong way around on a brand new T180 Verso. Came outside to show silly little me how it worked then proceeded to eat his words when he discovered it had come from the factory fitted to the wrong side of the seat.
Numerous other issues that always took an age to fix under warranty, including a new gearbox, steering rack and catalytic convertor - hope to never set foot in a Toyota dealership again.
