London ulez expansion

A question mainly aimed at van driver's regularly commuting into London. With the planned extension of the ulez coming in 2021 what do you guys plan on driving ? I currently work for a company that's based just inside the north circular and the thought of paying just to get to our warehouse doesn't appeal to me at all and the options of large hybrid vans doesn't look great

Anything post 2016 is Euro 6 complaint & fine can't you just get a newer diesel van ?

I did think about it but how long will it be before they start insisting on more efficient vans. I'm going to need something newer so to me it makes sense to me to future proof myself longer term
