Vito Van 638 Heater Control Unit

Hi folks,
I need to replace the heater control unit on my Vito Van 638. The SKU number is A0008307585KZ but I can´t seem to find a replacement anywhere.
There are a few on Ebay that look the same but have different numbers . Both A0008306485KZ & A0008306285KZ look the same.
Can anyone advise if they will fit please? I live in Spain and to buy a new one would cost over €250, whichi cannot afford.
