HGV Provisional Query

Hi guys,

Just filling out the application form for my HGV provisional. There is a section for which Provsional entitlement I wish to apply, the boxes to tick being C, C1 & C1+E and another section below stating additional provisional entitlement with again C, C1 & C1+E. Which box do I need to tick?

My ultimate aim is C1+E and was under the impression I was to have a C, but unsure about C1?

I have tried searching but just unsure as I want to fill it in correctly - many thanks.

Tick C & D only

That way all LGV & PCV categories are covered by the one medical

No extra cost for doing that
