For my sins I offered to fix the heater in my wifes horsebox. What should of been a fairly simple fix of a well documented issue has turned into a bit more of a problem. Glad I got to it when I did though!

Has anyone got any suggestions on the best way to repair this wiring and replace the multi plug?

Check Ebay for a repair loom or find one in a breakers and cut a piece of loom with the plug out of donor van
use good quality ratchet crimping pliers and crimps or solder and heat shrink tube to rejoin to your loom
cut it well back to good wire and repace the resistor too,...

Thanks Powerstroke, I've searched all over and whilst I can find a replacement plug for many Renault and Vauxhall variants I'm drawing a blank on the Movano. Seems like a fairly known fault so I'm a bit surprised. Anyone got any suggestions on a stockist or shall I go hunting for breakers?

Hi this is going a bit of the subject but I have just bought a 2012 Vauxhall movano and wanna put a bigger stereo into it but not sure how to as the isn’t a split between the current one and the above section so was just wondering if anyone has done it before as I’m not sure thanks.
