daf 45/150 headlamp

hi

i have an daf45/150 and need to replace the headlamp bulb, can anyone advise of how its done (horsebox)

If you can tilt the cab this will give access to the hradlamp. If not it's on your back on on old bit of carpet ,put the steering on full lock outeatds from the offending lamp .pull rubber cover off if fitted then big black cap which turns 1/4 turn pull plug off bulb then the spring clip which usually is a sweeze together thing .note which way the bulb is seated .fit new bulb then reverse fit every thing . wear glasses to keep the crap out of your eyes and do not touch the glass og the new bulb .
