I worked for them briefly a few years back, they were big then, but doubled in size since.
it wasn't for me, I was based at Tilbury, most of the office staff were alright, just the odd dhead, snd the then depot manager, Martin, was a prized prick of the highest level.

they run a nice legal fleet, and don't know if its still the same but all the trucks back then were big cabs and all came with a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave, which was good for such a big firm.

a couple of my mates are still there, they are on certain contract work instead of general which appears to be the better number. If you can tow the company line, and do as your told it may suit you???

Ive heard they are not very forgiving if you have any kind of accident.

Also I believe they don't allow any personal effects to be seen in the windows, so if your like me and like your flashy wheel trims, curtains, dashboard tables and nameplates etc then I doubt your like it.

I think it was Maritime that famously sacked a driver whilst he was in hospital recovering from an accident.
