Which model Mercedes Sprinter van?
Discussion
Unless you're going to take weeks to do it, and have a lot of stuff to move in that time, it'll be far more cost-effective to hire one.
Last time I moved, I only needed a van for a few items, most things we squeezed in the car, including the washing machine & tumble dryer, although we did it over a few weeks anyway, so just took a car load of stuff every time we went to the new house.
Two people and a Sprinter sized van, and you'll get all the big stuff shifted fairly quickly, depending on how far you're moving, obviously.
You'll get several days hire out of the cost of the insurance alone, plus you have the difference between purchase and re-sale price to consider.
