Most of our trucks have sun visors that do not swing to the side and with the low sun shining from the side what do the rest of you use ?

Mine has a fold down side visor, but it wasn't big enough, so I extended it with the stiff card from the remains of a large works diary and lots of brown tape.Mr Vosa man asked "what the hell is that?" hehe

I always found that a peaked cap was the best idea because it shaded my eyes wherever I looked

Not much good for road glare though

Its amazing the advances in trucks but still some basic little things are not addressed .
sun from the side
side mirrors that stay clear when raining.(mine end up covered when I use the washers)
side mirrors that are worse than useless when the sun is behind you..

Honestly I can't remember driving a truck in the last ten years that didn't have a flip or pull down visor on the side windows.
What the hell are you driving ?
