Anyone near Portsmouth know how to remove a speed limiter ?

Hi, and apologies if this has been answered (I couldn't fine one).
I've just bought an ex- British Gas 2009 VW Caddy 2.0 SDI and am trying to find information about removing the speed limiter these were fitted with. I'm not technical on vehicles, so ideally is there anyone on the south coast who would be able to do this for me ? or if not point me in the right direction ?

It seems pretty simple to do yourself
