Warning beacons

Interested to know the rules relating to the use of obligatory beacons.

Clearly on wide and overhanging loads above a certain distance.

Are there any rules about special hazardous loads?

Long trailers above x mm?

Train weight above y kgs?! or does that tend to arrive with heavy haulage and oversized loads.

Is there a set of regs where it's all laid out?

There are def regs on it all, I'venever done that type of work but my brother in law delivers alot of porta cabins to various sites and depending on what he is carrying defines if he needs marker boards, beacons etc.
I think the real big and heavy stuff works on "stgo" regs.
I think paddy is your man for this.
