Driving Hours Rules

I was searching for an already running thread that I could stick a stupid question on regarding the rules and couldn't find one, so everyone must be more intelligent than me 
A mate has been dropped in it with a shunter not turning up and I think I can do a couple of hours for him but am not certain. I started this week at 5am Sunday after 3 days off, have done at most 12 hour long day shifts on Monday until Thursday and today did 5am until 12 noon.
So can I start driving again at 10pm tonight and do a few hours as long as I am done by 5am? Thats 6 consecutive 24 hour periods and I have just had a 10 rest hour break.

Probably a bit late now but I worked out you have done 55 hours working over 5 days ?
Leaving you 5 hours working time remaining this week for a sixth shift.
You legally won't be able to start work til 00:01 on Monday morning either as you will have used up all of your working time for this week if you use all the remaining 5 hours.
