What's happend to Reg's butty wagon on the A287 nr. Hook ?

For over 20 years Reg has had his butty wagon in a layby on the A287 near Hook, just of M3 J5. He's been there rain or shine, with divine bacon and sausage creations forever. He's not been there since the new year. Anyone else frequent Reg, or know what's happened ?

Is that one of the council areas that don't want trucks using lay-bys,Some have stopped renewing vendors permits !
