"Unsuitable for HGVs,re-route sign in wrong place.
Discussion
This yellow sign is a new addition at this junction and will utterly confuse any
truck driver unfamiliar with this area.
The road IS unsuitable for HGVs BUT is a lot worse if they try to drive up from the
opposite end where this sign has appearred.
There are businesses and farms that are nearer the top end of this road where this sign is at.
The sign is at the southern end of Layhams road,New Addington or Keston but most here
probably won't need to use it.
Stupid sign is stupid

some signs are daft.
have you seen the ones along the lines of,
"clearing up your rubbish puts roadworkers lives at risk."
now i know what it means, but at a quick glance, people could read it wrong.
oh no, quick throw all your rubbish out of the car, or someone will die.
Haha I love that. There was one out near wetherby services a couple of weeks back. have you seen the ones along the lines of,

The worst road i have to go down for one of our existing customers in Kent ,you are
heavily brushing mirrors on the foliage both sides.
Had to make an old duffer reverse once when i met him there.
I did chuckle at his reversing ,with both his mirrors folded in.
What also gets me is when an "unsuitable" sign goes up in a perfectly good road
