A haulage operator has a dedicated central depot (with o licence) where he stores and maintains a fleet of trucks. These trucks operate a transfer operation, collecting goods from five warehouse sites and moving them to a final destination.

If the haulier wanted to be able to leave trucks at the warehouse sites overnight, so they could get an early start next day, would the warehouse sites need to be licenced too?

Essentially the warehouse now becomes an Operating Centre, so yes is the short answer.

as said yes, in vostapo world, but if you were just leaving them during the week a couple of times but returning them to base over the weekend then no i would class it as parking away from base
