Nissan Qashqai rear suspension

My father-in-laws Qashqai has failed MOT due to rusty rear trailing arms.

I'm going to have a go at replacing them, but I was hoping to find some online help from someone who had done the job before.
So far, I've drawn a blank on any Youtube videos and also no owners club/forum guides.

Anyone done this job? Any tips?

2009, so i think it is a J10, with the 1.5 Diesel motor in it.
