Recommendations for Extra Long Handle Rachet
Discussion
I'm in the market for a 1/2" drive extra long handle rachet, not sure about flexi head yet. I used to restore old race cars and a lot of my tools are Snap On and I've always been a little snobby with other brands
Especially after someone I knew broke his hand when a cheap rachet let go and he punched a suspension arm
Now I work in an office with a side hustle importing Japanese cars I can't justify even second hand Snap On really. My normal tool go to brand is Halfords Advanced but they don't do a long handle rachet.
Siegen do one but it a bit suspiciously cheap at £21. There is a used Snap On on ebay for £150 so what is around for somewhere between those two?

Ratcheting breaker bars are a thing. I use one from Machine Mart that has done all sorts of high torque stuff. They're not fine-toothed, I'd estimate probably 20 teeth instead of the 72 on a typical ratchet.
