Power Steering Flush - Wynns 62411

Has anyone used this stuff and to what success ? I can't find any instructions for how long it's supposed to be in the system. I'm assuming it's basic hydraulic fluid with some detergents, that's fine if true but for it to be effective I'd like to know how to use it.
