Lexus 220d fuel leak problem

I was doing the egr valve clean out, finishing the job,when i realised car would not start after this,so tryed again and it's finally started, so straight away i got a strong smell of diesel,I went to engine bay,and found that this small pipe at end of fuel rail is leaking diesel all over the top of my block,anybody know how to fix,not sure if if it high pressure line,
