Charge the battery up for a start or get a good jump pack on it, if it starts with a good battery then the starter motor is ok. This would them point to a faulty battery or faulty alternator. Could also be a drain on the electrical system due to an electrical fault somewhere.

If the steering wheel was heavy doesn't it suggest a belt problem - steering and alternator on auxiliary belt?

Not if it has electric power steering

We have try with jumpstart but is not doing anything is just showing starter ignition fault and we can hear just that click. The battery is showing 11.6 power

That voltage is quite low, make sure the jumper has a good connection and check all the battery and earth terminals for a good connection.

11.6 volts is flatter than a flat thing that has been sat on by an elephant, run over by a steam roller, then run through a mangle.

It will be drawing all of the current from the start pack just to get to 12 volts.

You need to charge the battery fully for at least 12 hours & then see what it shows after putting the headlights on for a minute.

It should read 12.6 volts, every 0.1 volt less means it has lost around 20% of its charge, if is under 12.2 volts it is completely goosed, any more & it might recover over time.
