So I’m driving around my friends Nissan qashqai and the temperature sensor is saying it’s -1 degree outside but it’s actually 9 degrees, any ideas?

The temp sensor is broken, had this on a previous Astravan, replacement bought from BayofE for less than £10 and all sorted

As said, more than likely a faulty sensor.

That’s what I was thinking but the car is only 2 years old. Anyway brought a replacement OEM sensor just to make sure this is not the issue and installed it yesterday, still having the same issues.

So which one have you replaced, there are typically 3 on modern cars?
