Renault Megane II dephaser pulley - locking tools?

I need the right cam locking tools to change dephaser pulleys (and timing belts) on 03-08 Megane IIs fitted with the 1.6 and 2.0 VVT engines

This looks like what I need http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/271493331280?nav=SEARCH. - the locking plate as far as I can tell is a copy of a MOT 1490

But there's also this variation of the locking plate (MOT 1590 / 1801) which is a fair bit more expensive http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/350559914996?nav=SEARCH - I would need other tools to go with this like the pins etc.

Anyone done these before and know exactly what tools I need?
