Fiat Panda 100hp exhaust help!

I am currently running stock exhausts on my 08 panda 100hp. I enjoy the sound the stock exhausts produce but I would prefer changing the back box to something with a deeper sound. I haven't modified the car whatsoever and I intend on keeping the cat converter in and just replacing the rear box with a cherry bomb or a magna flow. Will this cause any problems for an MOT???

Depends how loud you go. It can fail if:-

'A silencer in such condition, or of such a type, that the noise emitted from the vehicle is clearly unreasonably above the level expected from a similar vehicle with a standard silencer in average condition.'
