old Saab 9-3 with air con pulley problem

Hi guys. Hope this is the correct place to post this.

I've a problem trying to replace an air con pulley bearing which should gave been a relatively simple job but I find the outer of the pulley has sheared off from the centre!

So I have half a pulley tight on the shaft with only about 10mm to grip. Tried angle grinding a groove for bearing pullers but failed.
any ideas?
