turbo making "ticking" noise :(

after fixing the previous turbo problems the van ran sweet. today while driving home the bloody thing has started making a strange ticking noise!!! it was running and then when the turbo actuated, it was whistling like a brand new van and felt amazing considering that i fixed it myself. now when it actuates, i still get the whistle but with a slight ticking noise behind the whistle.... ANY IDEAS PLEASE??????
