Changed door, now car won't start!
Discussion
Hi all,
I hope you will be able to help me, I am desperate!
I changed the passenger door on my B6 passat, used a second hand door from a breaker.
It all went perfectly well, door changed, open and closed properly, electric window and mirror still working, car locks and unlocks.
I was ready to call this a success, but when I tried to start the car to move it away from the garage to put the tool box back in, the car would not start. Felt a little bit like a flat battery, the engine would try to start, but like it didnt have enough juice to start. Other electrical seem to work, as I said I can lock unlock, open windows etc....
Any ideas? This little week end project I decided to take on for a bit of fun is turning into a nightmare (wife not impressed)...
Cheers
