Peugeot 307 Electrical Fault (Hazards - Non Start)
Discussion
A Family member of mine has recently had a problem with their Peugeot 307 where the car will not start or turn over at all, and when the key is removed from the ignition all the dash lights up and the hazards are unable to be switched off. From what I understand, the hazards do eventually switch off of their own accord but will then also turn back on of their own accord (this is all coming from texts back and forth as I haven't been able to have a look at the car by myself, so I apologise if this is all a bit vague).
I've got a few suspect things that I think it could be -
- A fault with the ECU
- Something in the alarm/central locking system has gone t*ts up
- Maybe there's a crash sensor that has a fault?
Just wondering if anyone on here has had anything similar or have heard anything?
Cheers!

I dont remember what is factory fitted to a 307
If the vehicle has had an alarm system added since leaving the factory - There is a very good chance that the alarm system is at fault (Immobilising Vehicle - Flashing Hazards)
Check what is fitted to the vehicle and if it is an add-on alarm causing the problem then you can easily bypass it
If it is a factory fitted alarm/immobiliser - The above Link to another topic may help you
