Hello,

Get a low buzz/whine/interference sound through my speakers when ignition is on. Is there whether stereo is on or off and doesn't change when engine turned on or change pitch with engine speed.

Not a big problem as when driving the various rattles/buzzes/exhaust noise of the Camaro drown it out but just wondered if anyone had any ideas.

The battery was relocated to the boot sometime ago and the speaker cables are routed next to big positive lead through car.....

Are the speaker cables 2 x twisted pair?

If the answer is no to the above question - Rewire the speakers with twisted pair and re-route away from the battery positive, if you are able to, run the cables through the center of the vehicle

Cheers. Doctor Volt
