lexus is220d check vsc

Hey all. Straight to the point if anybody can help would be most appreciated.
I was on my way down south with the wife and baby in tow when my car lit up like a christmas tree (little christmas joke there). The check vsc warning came up along with traction control light and what I think is fuel pump light.
I had my car recently serviced from an independant garage recently who said to have cleaned the egr valves, new oil, air filter etc and have been driving it for 2 weeks with no problem. Any lexus mechanics on board know the problem?

Was the egr valve apparently. Green flag sent out mansfield technician. Very nice guy and superb service. Cleaned it out and then reset the engine diagnostics Thanks all who at least read the post
