fitting cruise control on 2003 807 2.0 hdi

hi every one hope you are all well,
i am fitting cruise control to my 807 2.0 hdi now im stuck as i have installed the stalk and activated it in pp2k
but when i test it for the brake and clutch its just stuck on active even if i unplug it and disable it in pp2k, does any one know what i have done wrong or am i missing some thing
i have the 2 switches on eg one on brake and one on clutch and the brake is deactive untill i press on brake then changes to active but the cruise control is always active any ideas please?
i have searched forum but cant find a answer for the 807

Have you enabled it in both Engine and BSI?
