Fiat grande punto- centre brake light fuse?

The check brake light warning came on today and the centre brake light isn't working, I took out the unit, swapped all the bulbs and they all seemed to be blown. However its still not working, what should I be checking now? Is there a fuse for the centre brake light?

The fuse will be the same as for the other brake lights so that obviosly isnt the problem. I assume the centre brake light is inthe top of the tailgate so I would be looking for broken wiring where the loom enters the tailgate from the main body.
