What's this tool? Snap On torque multiplier?

What is this? I think it's a torque multiplier, but every torque multiplier I've seen has two bars, one to hold the multiplier still and the other you turn. This one just has one place to attach a bar so how can it be a torque multiplier?

... solved. Just a ratcheting adaptor Was hoping it was something special

It looks like a ratchet adaptor to add ratcheting capability to long bars etc.
