Check the a post wiring had a few where the connectors in the plug have pulled out.

Very fiddly, door may need to be removed as there is two separate connectors inside the a post.

when my window stopped working it turned out to be the module connected to the motor. I replaced this and it worked again. to know whether its the module or the motor etc,you should pin your ears back and listen for any noise. if you cant hear anything then its most likely the module or other electrical issue. if you can hear something straining then its the motor or regulator most likely. either way you will probably have to take the door card off if its not the electrics in the pillar. good luck.

Peugeots have a nasty habit of the wires inside the gooseneck between the A-pillar & the door breaking.

Hmmm taking the door off is a worry! just looking at removing the door card looks tricky...is it ? I got the switch out ..the passenger side works ok have a tester just need to isolate the correct wires for testing.
