Fiesta mk4 lower wishbone arm query

The ones I have on are double skin but I can't find them anywhere. Tried Europarts Camberly and independents and they are all single skin, but listed as the correct part for my car. Had a look at a pic of a genuine Ford part and that is single skin as well. It may be that single skin has replaced double skin ones now. does anyone know if that is the case?
