What air should I put in my tyres? My local garage isn't an Audi garage, is it okay to use their air or should I go to an Audi dealer and use genuine Audi air?

what a stupid question
Obviously your not fit to look at an Audi let alone own one if you would even consider using non Audi air!!!

It depends, have you got Audi tyres on the car? You may have a lesser brand like Michelin or Pirelli in which case it would be OK to use VW air.

Audi air is much nicer.... If you let a bit out it smells like puppy breath. Don't compromise.

Just put nitrogen in. Oxygen is much too useful to be stuffed into tyres.

Nitrous oxide. Haven't you heard -it makes cars go faster?

Plus if you break down you can inhale it - cheers you up no end!

I prefer to be green and fill them with natural gas, straight from my source.

I use Silane, then if you have a slow puncture it's easy to identify the leak.

I use an unbranded mix containing 70% Nitrogen. Works well for me.

The experimental realization of quantum degenerate cold Fermi gases with large hyperfine spins opens up a new opportunity for exotic many-body physics.
Must be good as it will cost lots
I think I will park my car near the large Hadron collider and see how much better my car feels on the way home

Would pollution free air from the Himalayas be better then say Chinese town air

Should I worry about a car built in say Germany causing problems with British air (genetically modified crop cross pollination sort of problem)

When (or if) Scotland gets independence will we need to leave our air at the border and fill up with Scottish air?, will it cost more or less?

You have really opened a can of worms (air) here

I guess as long as it's the same air in all the tyres it will be okay. Best to change to manufacturer air ASAP though! I got Audi air today and the car feels much better on the road.

Don't forget to always inflate with the valve at the bottom so air (any flavour) can get into the flat bit.

I don't like mixing my air so I always completely deflate the tyre before refilling it. It makes me cringe when I see people "topping" up. Don't they realise the damage they can cause with different air types.

what utter B*****ks, did you hear that down the pub?

Provided you are using air from the same country, topping up is no problem.

But how do you know they haven't got imported air in the tank? I still think it is safer to get all the old stuff out first. I do the same with my petrol!
