Welders - Birmingham area

I need to get some welding done on my cars top inner rear arches in readiness for the MOT. car is all stripped of internal trim carpet seat belts plastics etc, wheel arch liners are out and the petrol filler neck pipework is already to come out, all dirt and debris has been cleaned away around the arches leaving an easily visible job. i need some patching.

can anybody recommend a welder in the central Bham area either home or business based or even mobile (not sure if mobile on 240v power limits the quality of the welding that can be used).

somebody that does good solid welding at a fair price.
