There aren't many options to get to that height. Out of interest, why do you need to get that high? How tall are your axle stands?
Try Machine Mart, they have a trolley jack that'll exceed 500mm for around your budget.
only the higher it is the less of pita it is to work on it.Try Machine Mart, they have a trolley jack that'll exceed 500mm for around your budget.
Ok. I've a heavy duty trolley jack I got from Machine Mart some years ago, although it doesn't go high enough to lift my Disco off the ground from the chassis rails. I get around this by using a big block of wood between the car and the jack, which might give you a few more options.
My axle stands are pretty big too, I'm presuming you already have these or are planning on getting some?

I bought one of these recently (£191 when in stock, not 791 quid!!)
855mm lift height.
bloody heavy, but great as a garage jack. Don't expect Snap On quality of finish, but does what it says on the tin
