cable pull through tip

Thought I'd post it while I remember- changing a throttle cable on our camper van, and I wanted to use the old snapped cable to pull through the new one as it's a tortuous route. Not sure if there's a well known way of temporarily joining the cables, I ended up cleaning the ends with carb cleaner, then used a couple of layers of heat shrink to hold them together. Worked a treat :-)
