Aston Martin DVD Player

The DVD player in my Rapide came up with "Disc Loading Error".
I removed the DVD from the boot and took the lid off to watch what it was doing.
The disc is loaded onto the turntable and then lifted upwards to a locating disc.
This locating disc is fitted to a thin plastic spigot that was broken.
Aston Martin only supplies a replacement DVD player at £1200. Not DVD player parts.
My Aston Martin Dealer gave me some good advice and I sent the DVD player to Central Services, Ipswich and they ordered a new part and repaired it for £60.

I also used them to sort out my in dash cd changer. They replaced the whole inner unit for a lot less then Dealer price.
