What trolley jack?
Discussion
Didn't know where to put this so thought here is as good a place as any
I am after a low profile jack so it will go under the sills without touching.
I have been looking at:
2.5 Ton Lightweight Aluminium Chassis Racing Trolley Jack
Costco UK - Arcan 1.8 Ton Aluminium Service Jack - Model CEALJ2T
2.5Ton Aluminium/Steel Racing Jack with FREE Chargestar 8 | Northern Tool + Equipment free battery charger.
1.5Tonne Aluminium Race Jack | Northern Tool + Equipment
What's your opinions on the above?
I don't really want to spend as much as that so can anyone suggest any alternatives or anywhere with good offers etc?
I was hoping to get one for £100 or less

If i was buying one id be going 2t at least.
Depends what you want it for. Look at how high the jack will go. Some cheaper ones only lift up a waste of time ammount.
These are supposed to be good http://www.sgs-engineering.com/hydraulic-jacks/tro...

Machine mart /Clark 2,5 ton ,alloy /steel low entry ,best jack I.ve bought in 50 years pro use ,brilliant lift ,not feather weight but well buit £150 ish
It does look a good jack but a bit too pricey for me and doesn't seem quite as low as some others.Think the arcan from costco or one from sgs engineering are leading at the moment
I want for an alloy SIP jack as I need to cart it around with me. Otherwise I would have gone heavy duty steel but the good ones are c40kgs wihich is too heavy when you don't have a garage to store it in.
