Corsa C SXI 2002 Front Window Wipers

I'm currently driving a corsa c and have recently had a problem with my front window wipers. The window wipers are going very slow and at the same speed on every setting but once i put my foot down on the accelerator they speed up a little but no to the speed they should be going. They also don't return to there 'home' position when turned off.

This problem occurred after the sunny spell of weather.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what parts need replaced thanks.

Sounds like a motor problem to me, check around it for signs of moisture ingress. It could just need a partial stripdown and clean if your able to do that.

I would be checking all electrical connections, especially the earths.

Take them all off, inspect and clean them & refit.
