Vauxhall Corsa - Misfiring after a camshaft replacement

Hello my Vuxhall corsa 1.2 SXI's Camshaft suffered this problem http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=257...

I've replaced the camshaft and now its Misfiring, any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Did you time the camshaft in?
Is the cam sensor e working?

It's timed in and the sensors are working.
The car starts, but any revs below 1000 it sounds odd, over that and it's fine.
