Rear hub stuck on my sons Clio

I cant work out why it will not come off. One side off easily.
the other side will not move.
Brakes are not sticking, it tuns freely. I have removed the hub nut.
I just sheered my puller bolt trying to move it .
Any thoughts

When you say hub, is this a brake drum/bearing/hub assembly you're trying to remove? If so the chances are there is a lip on the inner edge of the drum which won't clear the shoes. The trick will be to either get brutal with it or get a screw driver in through one of the holes in the drum to back off the auto adjuster.
